What is it that fuels you? For me, it’s How to Lead Me. I love writing about my passions, what interest me, what interests others, and sharing all of my thoughts with my readers.

I always believed that Leadership is a human centric skill and as such, leaders are subject to human weaknesses and mistakes. They are not perfect. Authentic leaders understand this and they give their internal battle: they become true to themselves and to what they believe in, they put people first and then they act as servants. They are more concerned about serving people than about their own success or recognition.

I am blogging here about authentic leadership from my experiences because the most striking commonality with leaders and their development is how their life stories have influenced their leadership.

What we see, hear and experience shapes our leadership ability and can either propel us forward or hold us back.

My journey into leadership development starts many years ago when I realized how difficult it was to find a leader who inspired trust and loyalty. I decided to become the leader I was seeking to find and without knowing I have started my journey to discover my “True North”. As the journey continues I have decided to share my stories, crucibles and setbacks with leadership insights from my own experiences and practices. 

My other passions is strategic business development and marketing which in my view has a strong connection to leadership. It is about leadership in the market place. Therefore I will share a few thought on this field as well.
